Cooking Class

At Tenuta Moriniello it is possible to discover the scents and flavours of the Tuscan culinary tradition by taking part in cooking courses, held in our restaurant La Locanda del Gobbo Nero .

Here, together with our staff, you can learn and cook typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, discover aromas, secrets of recipes from the past, using local ingredients and techniques handed down over the centuries.

The cooking class menu will be agreed directly with the chef based on your requests.

The courses will take place in the restaurant's kitchen and at the end of the lesson you can taste the dishes cooked in the large and welcoming dedicated room.
