By filling out the form with your information, you will become part of the loyalty program which will allow you to earn points to receive exceptional rewards and participate in our promotional offers.
Regulation
EVERY EURO SPENT IS EQUIVALENT TO 1 POINT (€1 = 1 POINT) ACCUMULATED ON YOUR VIRTUAL LOYALTY CARD, directly associated with your email address.
Upon activation, you will receive a 5 point welcome bonus. The Loyalty Card aims to reward your loyalty with exclusive promotions and reserved prizes.
The virtual Fidelity Card is personal and must be declared before payment to take advantage of its benefits. The points balance will be sent periodically via email or WhatsApp.
The Fidelity Card does not have an expiry date, but could be revoked in case of improper use or violation of the rules. Revocation involves the cancellation of the registration and the points accumulated.
Rewards include prizes based on reaching certain points. During the high season, from April 15th to October 13th, points cannot be used either in the restaurant or in the wine shop.
Prizes up for grabs
Upon reaching 200 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of Chianti La Pieve DOCG 2020 .
Upon reaching 250 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of Chianti DOCG Riserva Fortebraccio 2017 .
Upon reaching 300 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of IGT Toscana Bianco, Le Fate Furbe 2021 .
Upon reaching 490 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of IGT Toscana Rosso, Il Gobbo Nero 2018 .
Upon reaching 500 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of IGT Toscana Rosso, Rosso del Pievano 2013 .
Upon reaching 1000 points , the customer will be entitled to a bottle of Grappa Barricata Delirio .
Some key points of the Locanda Fidelity:
❌ Points never expire, except during peak season.
❌ The accumulation only concerns La Locanda del Gobbo Nero, not the wine shop.
❌ You can only claim one reward per account.
❌ Remember to ask for points to be credited when checking out your account.
❌ The Fidelity Card is associated with the email address and is not physical.
❌ You can use table points when you book and bring friends.
❌ Prizes can be collected from the second visit onwards.
❌ Points can be deducted with the exception of specific days such as holidays and pre-holidays, Saturday evening and Sunday lunch. However, on such days, points can be used for products at the wine shop after the meal. The maximum amount of scalable points per visit is 1,000.
