Only our best Syrah grapes. In purity.
Type of Land
Soil of sedimentary origin composed of marly calcareous clays. Among the prevalent types we find Chianti alberese, sandstone, clay, and other schists such as galestro.
Vinification, Maturation, Evolution and Refinement
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first days of October, transported to the cellar and carefully selected before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in concrete vats and maceration on the skins for about a month with manual pumping over and punching down. Refines in French oak barriques for over 24 months and at least another 24 in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Surprises the nose with intense notes of pepper, then cinnamon, then berries, such as currants and blueberries, on a fruity base of cherries.
Taste: Compelling attack in the mouth, with fine and subtle tannins, solid, balanced body, with a calibrated fresh note. The ending is inviting and complex.

14.5% vol.
Gastronomic pairings
It goes particularly well with well-structured cuisine of all kinds, regional dishes based on meat and succulent sauces, venison, beef, veal, lamb and mature cheeses.
Uncork and decant the bottle one hour before and serve at a temperature of 18°C.
