Cooking Class

At Tenuta Moriniello it is possible to discover the aromas and flavors of the Tuscan culinary tradition by taking part in cooking courses, held in our La Locanda del Gobbo Nero restaurant.

Here, together with our staff, you will be able to learn and cook typical traditional Tuscan dishes, discover aromas and secrets of recipes from the past, using local ingredients and techniques handed down over the centuries.

The cooking class menu will be agreed directly with the chef based on your requests.

The courses will take place in the restaurant kitchen and at the end of the lesson you will be able to taste the dishes cooked in the large and welcoming dedicated room.
